Hi there, I know this isn't the proper way but I wanted to let you know how frustrated I am with the German team - I bought a subscription in the Spring and haven't gotten an issue yet after the first one I got - and I know the last one came out on August 31. I contacted your team several times over the website and haven't gotten a response. Then I posted on the German Sweet Paul facebook page and someone from teh team asked me to e-mail to a certain address. Done that, no answer still. It is really frustrated since it seems as no one is interested in even communicating with me, aside from the fact that I paid for 4 issues and have only gotten one so far. I love your stuff and the magazine, but this is really not cool. -Ida
