Not very smart of me to look at these pics when I'm starving! :)
I would looove to have a chance to try the The Ultimate Burger Kit, but I'm sure it would not come even closer to this succulent picture!

My absolute favorite burgers happen only once a year. Morel mushroom hunting season comes and goes far to quickly here in Southern MN. We enjoy a good half pound burger seasoned well, topped with morels sauteed in olive oil and butter with garlic, fresh cracked pepper and kosher salt....blue cheese crumbles, crisp hickory smoked bacon and a few slices of avocados....all on a hard roll. And although I love ketchup, I don't need it on this burger.
I would love to be entered in the Mushroom Lover's Burger Kit....thank you!!! :)
I love your magazine and blog!!

I would LOVE to win this kit...or I SHOULD say, my boyfriend would love for me to win this! I recently made bison burgers that were amazing! Bison, eggs, almond flour, chopped red bell peppers, + onions for the patties...then slathered them in BBQ sauce before cooking them up. YUM!

These all.look.amazing!!!

I'm a mushroom lover! Kit #1 would put me over the top! But my favorite burger recipe (lately) is simply ground (pastured) beef, minced garlic, grilled medium rare, topped with blue cheese. Drool.

Wow, these are awesome! Honestly, I don't have a good burger recipe, but my husband and I would be eager to try out something new with those beautiful mushrooms!

I make my burgers with egg, garlic powder, crispy fried onions and Worcestershire sauce. Pretty simple, but tasty. I prefer The Mushroom Lover’s Burger Kit.

Oh my gosh. I'm such a carnivore. If there was ever a giveaway that I was desperate to win, it's this one. I absolutely love garlic and when it's mixed with ground beef, it's perfect. Add some butter and and some carmelized onions and we're set. :)
Praying for kit #2!

Favorite burger recipe: pasture raised delicious ground beef with some herbamare seasoning, patted large and flat so when cooked, fit nicely in a bun. Simple and delish.
Would love the ultimate burger kit!! woohoo!

Favorite burger recipe: grind combination of chuck steak and short rib meat (60/40 ratio); season with salt and pepper; form into palm sized patties; press an indentation in center of patties; broil or grill for 5-6 minutes a side; toast potato rolls; dress rolls with: ketchup, mustard, dill pickle, thousand island dressing, lettuce, and red onion slices. Assemble burgers with slice of favorite cheese (sharp cheddar!) and eat. I would love to win either prize.

Oh jeez. My favorite burger is one that's fresh from the grill! And if it happened to be the Ultimate Burger, well. I definitely wouldn't complain!

I'm a purist...beef, salt and pepper. The bun has got to be an English muffin. Slice of onion, tomato, catsup.
I'd LOVE the mushroom kit. Looks divine.

the mushroom lover's burger kit looks delicious!

My favorite burger recipe is: big, fat patties made from grass-fed beef with a large pat of homemade herb butter pressed into the middle. Throw the patties on the grill and then serve on a onion-roll.
I'd LOVE to try the Ultimate Burger kit. It looks phenomenal!

I'm a purist when it comes to burgers. I like some Montreal steak seasoning and just a little bit of my homemade Worcestershire butter. I want the mushroom kit

I would love the mushroom lovers set, (being a mushroom lover), but both of these burgers look amazing! My favorite burger is a recipe that my local co-op makes, jalapeno cheddar mixed with local, free range (etc) ground beef. I just had one the other night, with the first tomatoes of the season. It doesn't get much better than that!

I would love the Ultimate Burger Kit. As for my own hamburgers, I love a simple, high quality meat with blue cheese and spicy buffalo sauce. I eat everything that drops off it with a spoon. Delicious!

The Ultimate Burger Kit would be fantastic please. My favorite burger is one I had in Arizona...I put a little Heinz in the Kobe burger meat, caramelize mushrooms and onions on the side, cook the burger medium, add a good Danish Blue. Cooking the burger in D'Artagnan duck fat would be great if my Kings stocked it!

A couple of months ago I picked up some Bison ground meat and made burgers. I have never gotten so much praise for burgers. Now that is the only meat I buy so I would have to go with the Buffalo.

Oh, my...I am crying over those beautiful mushrooms! I'd definitely want to win the Mushroom Lover's kit, although they're both so awesome!
My favorite burger is a well-seasoned patty cooked to medium and topped with delicious bleu cheese, served on a toasted bun.
Now I'm hungry. :P

Amazingly delicious... I'd love the idea of fois gras on a burger!
My family loves it when I make burgers with special cheeses on the inside...blue, gruyere, swiss or just plain old munster. Starts with salt & pepper seasoned buffalo meat, burgers are formed and then a sprinkle of sweet curry on top. Smoking wood chips in the grill and seared to everyones liking! Served on grilled Portugese rolls! YUM!

ok ok so I needed to read the directions
I love my turkey burgers
2 med onions caramelized
2 T. worcestershire sauce added in at the end stage of caramelizing the onions - set aside to cool
1 package ground turkey (I think they might come in 1 lb pkg or something)
1/3 cup panko soaked in milk and squeezed of the milk
1 egg
salt and pepper
mix all ingredients and for into patties and fry with a little cooking spry. don't mess with them they will fall let them cook and flip them once
I would be happy with either package listed above. I love mushroom and have always wanted to try foie gras...do I really have to pick or can it be a surprise if I happen to win....ok, the mushroom one
