Watermelon and tomato salad
24 red and yellow cherry tomatoes, cut in half
4 cups watercress
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
Use a melon baller and make a bunch of watermelon balls.
Place them in a bowl with the tomatoes and watercress.
In a small bowl mix together olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix and serve.
