This is a dish that came about when someone challenged me in making a tasty dish in 15 minutes or less.
I remember I came up with a tortilla pizza with prosciutto and pesto.
Its so easy and really does not take more then 15 minutes.
You start with a tortilla and cover it in one tablespoon of store bought pesto.
As 3-4 cherry tomatoes that you cut in half.
Bake at 400F until golden, takes less then 4 minutes.
Take out and top with prosciutto, basil and a little more pesto.
Its so good......

A great dish if you just want something quickly. Mind you, prosciutto doesn't survive long in my house!
