A couple of weeks back my dear friend Frances came over and we made Gravlax together.
Or I made it and she shot it for her blog.
Gravlax is a Scandinavian dish that involves curing salmon with spices and herbs.
Really easy and so wonderful.

Kanskje prøve å lage selv ja, er jo strengt tatt ikke så vanskelig. Senneps-sausen synes jeg iallefall er best hjemmelaget (mors er best - er den ikke alltid det?)
Da skal jeg dra avgårde på Nord-Norgetur, Tromsø, Lofoten, Andøy, Sortland og Hurigruta til Trondheim. Ser ikke bort fra at det blir Gravlaks på den turen.

Det er jammen godt med gravlaks! Jeg har en kamerat som er kokk og han har utviklet en oppskrift på espressogravet laks! Ta gjerne kontakt om du vil prøve!!!
