What do we want?
Cake
When do we want it?
Right now!
That was my little monday morning cheer.
Because lets face it, we can always go for a piece of cake, right?
And right now Im baking the Salted caramel and chocolate cake from my latest issue of Sweet Paul Magazine.
Its such an awesome cake.
Sweet and light and with a touch of salt.
Im not going to lie, it does take some work, but the result is so worth it.
You can find the recipe right here!
Enjoy!

This is really nice of you to share this with us so, I think I will share one with you. I do not know where it came from so, I can not give credit where credit is due but, here it is: Use one grahm cracker pie crust shell. Soften one 8oz. bar of cream cheese, one can sweentened condensed milk, one egg yolk, one tsp. vanilla and one quarter cup of lemon juice. Mix it all togather with your blender and pour into the pie shell. Refregerate for three hours. Then enjoy. It is really great.

yummy indeed. made it the day your mag came out. however, my caramel wasn't as thick, too and got absorbed by the cake layer at the bottom. Any suggestions what I may have done wrong? Nevertheless, it tasted like heaven. Everybody loved it and begged me for making it again and again. thanks for your wonderful eye candy and stomach candy :)

I'm having a small family/friends gathering for my father's 90th birthday this month and I've been tossing around different ideas for the cake. I think this is going to have to be it; chocolate and salted caramel. It doesn't get any better!

After I tried your yummy brownies cake I would love to test this. Do you have a version with metric measures?
Thanks in advance :-)
