My grandmother was a great baker and a great storyteller.
Some of my best childhood memories is cuddling up in her large bed with a glass of cold milk and a freshly baked skillingsbolle.
Thats a cinnamonroll to everyone else.
They where amazing, just like her stories.
Her secret trick was to crumble marzipan and put that in them.

I had a grandmother like that. She use to make everything from scratch. Now days I think most of us do not bake anymore. I wish we did because things have a different flavor when they are freshly baked.
