You all know by now that I love using old books for everything.
This time I turned one into a shelf.
Very easy, all you need are two brackets.
I got mine from Anthropologie.
Measure how far they need to be apart by putting the book on top and simply fasten them to the wall.
Place the book on top and you have a very cool and stylish shelf.

If you like these charming "book" shelves, you'll love this guy: http://www.thisintothat.com/ I have a shelf made by him from five art books and a couple of encyclopedia volumes as brackets that I love; he now makes bookcases, chairs, tables, etc. from old books.
