I was so happy when I found these amazing white paper cupcake cups.
You can make cupcakes, muffins or even a dinner roll in them.
Make of greaseproof paper.
And the best thing is that you can get them here at my shop!
Check them out.
I just used them to make these white chocolate cupcakes.
Made a glitter tag and gave them away as a hostess gift last week.
White chocolate cup cakes
Makes 8
100 g soft butter
1 1/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup crème fraiche
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
100 g melted white chocolate
2 1/3 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Heat the oven to 350F, 180C.
Place butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and creamy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beat well between each one.
Add crème fraiche, milk, vanilla, chocolate, flour and baking powder.
Mix well.
Pour the batter into 8 sweet paul cupcake cups.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden and set.
Cool and serve.

I love your ideas and the paper cups are such a great way to escape those sad little grocery store cups we are used to! Great work!
Thanks for your wonderful posts!

Hi Paul, I am quite new here, but I have to tell you I enjoy your blog very much. I am a beginner cook, but as I see all your gorgeous creations I feel really inspired. This weekend I am planning to steal some ideas from you (like the chocolate covered pretzels) for my sons' birthday. I also adore your craft projects. All simple yet very stylish. Have a nice day! These cupcakes look wonderful and I may steal them, but have a question first. Did you use salted or unsalted butter? Thanks so much.
