The worlds easiest dessert ever!
This is the perfect christmas dessert.
Its easy, quick and the best of all, super yummy.
You just buy a whole brie or camembert.
Make sure its ripe, it should be kinda soft.
Leave it out at least 4 hours before serving.
This will soften the cheese and get all the flavors going.
Put the cheese on a large platter and pour good quality honey over it.
Lavender honey is really good.
Add some sage leaves and a few figs.
You can also use dried figs.
Serve with crackers, bruschetta and some red wine.
Enjoy!

Stunning. The matte black serving piece is a perfect choice...the brie is such a simple and yet beautiful still life, waiting to be devoured. Very nice.

Paul - this recipe is simply wonderful! I gave it a try over the holiday with some great fits from a local farmers market. And so lovely!
I posted it on my blog today to share!

I have a same kind of recipe..
Few holes on the brie, 2 spoons of grand marnier in the holes.
Pistachios, cranberries and thin slices of dried apricots.
And then in the oven for 7-8min, until the cheese softens..
It is gorgeous!!
