You must all think I'm totally doilie crazy.
Well I am, and proud of it.
I have been dying to show you all these pictures but had to wait until it was published in Country Living.
And now that they are out, I can share my doilie fantasies with all of you out in blog land.
The back story is that I bought a box of old doilies on ebay and started to make different things with them.
Showed it to the editors at Country Living, they loved it and I turned it into a craft story that you can find in april's edition of Country Living.
So, please enjoy my doilies.
(Will post some more later).

I understand being doilied out, but I've been inspired by your posts. I have so many bits of old lace pieces both found and inherited that I'm going to use them instead of simply admire them. Thanks!

Really beauteous. Now I want my own doilies. I also want to look like that model with the doily hair - sigh.

That curtain somehow manages to look undoilylike. It almost looks like a natural phenomenon, like bark. This was an "Oh, why didn't I think of that?"

Thanks for the inspiration, love the curtains. I've been wondering what to do with mothers' doilies and now I know, Window Treatments.

The problem at the lake is not that a large amount of CO2 escaped from underground in a short time, but that the lake itself released a large amount of dissolved CO2. This is because water can dissolve more CO2 when under pressure, so the deep water in the lake had more CO2 than the surface water. If the lake water starts to overturn, CO2 can bubble out, stirring the lake still more, in a potentially catastrophic positive feedback.

Hallo,
