several of you have emailed me and left comments about the recipe for this dish.
So here it is....enjoy

Nested eggs
Serves 4
4 tablespoons salted butter
8 slices of wheat bread
8 medium eggs
5 tablespoons heavy cream
salt
pepper
5 tablespoons grated parmesan
Preheat oven to 375F( 200C)
Butter a 8-cup muffin tin.
Butter the bread and press each slice, buttered side up into the cups.
Transfer to oven and bake for 2-3 minutes.
Take the tin out and crack one egg into each bread cup.
Pour a little cream over each egg.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for another 10-12 minutes or until the egg whites is set.
Take each cup out and sprinkle with parmesan.
Serve with a nice green salad.

Åh gåtta banen, det så godt ut! Det skal jeg prøve å lage du! Nå holder mannen på oppe på kjøkkenet med å lage sushi, lenge siden vi har hatt det og han er flink også skjønner du! :) Koser seg nå når han kan holde på. Det er hyggelig :) Jeg har bakt gjærbakst i dag, kanelsnurrer. Deilig! I dag har det snødd vilt her i Sandefjord, men sola kom midt på dagen og vi hadde det nydeligste vintervær.

Mmmm, this looks so comforting and tasty, Paul. A snowy Saturday afternoon and this looks perfect for lunch! But hey, with butter, cream, and cheese...I'm all in anyway :)
Interesting to know that you, as the stylist, are actually preparing the food! At least you get rewarded for all of your efforts. That's a perk I'd be happy to have :)

Its also really good if you put in a slice of ham or parma before you put the egg in.
I did the parma for sunday brunch, so good!
