I just got tagged by Bradford at The bedlam of beefy blog.
First I was like...Oh no, now I need to come up with something smart to say about myself.
But then I thought WTH, I can do it!(The score from Rocky playing in the background).
So here are 7 things about myself you did not know:
1, A life with a trolley
When I was a kid I so wanted to be a flight host.
I traveled a lot with my family, and I just thought being a flight host would be the best thing ever.
I had everything planed out.I wanted to work for Air France, because they had the most stylish uniforms.
And I only wanted to work in First Class, no riff raff for me.
I saw myself flying to wonderful places around the world serving the well dressed champagne and caviar.
I used to play flights in the basement of our house.My parents tell stories of how they heard "Welcome on board this Air France flight to Los Angeles", coming from the basement.
2, Attack of the robots
I collects lots of stuff, most is work related. Props, props and more props.
But the thing I really collect is vintage tin robots.
You know, the ones that where made in the 50"s.
They all have this innocence to them.
I have about 45 and they are all on top of a cabinet in our living room.
Love them all....
3, Always dirty hands
I used to be a florist, like 20 years ago.(Not a good feeling to say... 20 years ago!!!!)
I had my own shop in Oslo where I sold very sculptural arrangements of flowers.
Did not make much money, always broke, but it was so much fun.
But the problem was that my hands where always dirty from the flowers.
Whatever I did they would never be clean.
And I have a thing about hands....they must be clean at all times.
So after 5 years I decided that the dirty hands period was over and I became a stylist.
And now my hands are wonderfully clean.
4, Hate it
I hate the smell of liver.
My mother used to cook liver to feed our dogs, that smell!
Still hate it!
5, Taco heaven
I love Taco Bell.
Yes, I know Im a foodie but come on....whats not to love about Taco Bell?
I know its not real food, but it tastes so good.
Whatever they do to that meat, keep it coming.
Our favorite Taco Bell,(YES, it tastes differently place from place), is in Harlem.
6, Behind the wheel
Cant drive.
Never had a license.
But I do a great taxi.
7, Happiness
Its taken me 40 years to be really happy.
2 years ago I met the love of my life Otis and we now live together in New York with our dog Charlie.
Strange how life is.
I lived in Oslo and he lived in New York, met online, and when we met in person I knew that this is the guy!
And I never looked back after that.
So, this is 7 things I guess you did not know about me.
